Reaching out Globally, Gospel Impact Radio is Impacting the world with the Gospel of the Kingdom. In reaching its first anniversary online in 2008 with 5 million in traffic by the end of 2008. Gospel Impact Radio has been nationally and internationally branded. Gospel Impact Radio has directed it's traffic from National Radio Directories such as, Windows Media, I-Tunes, Radio Time, Moodio Radio, Virtual Radio UK, Nokia radio Directory and Upsnap , along with many more.

Gospel Impact serves its listeners 8 styles of Gospel Music, from Urban Contemporary, Jazz, Worship & Praise, Christian Rap, Gospel Reggae, Quartet , Pop Christian, Traditional Black Gospel and contemporary Christian Music. We also have within our schedule of programming world renowned Ministries and teachers, such as (Legacy Teacher) Dr. Myles Munroe, Dr. David Jeremiah, Money Life and Manna-Fest hosted by Pastor Perry Stone , Skip Heitzig and Greg Laurie.

Amongst the list of programming, we also share with our listeners, Teen Talk shows, 2 Caribbean Gospel Shows, and several International Broadcasts and an added host of Pastors from within the United States.

Gospel Impact has expanded its brand and our ever increasing presence with Global Interviews and worldwide Ads. Gospel Impact is definitely made waves in the radio industry by receiving its first nomination for the 2010 Stellar Award for Internet Radio Station of the Year in 2009, and continued with the path again by receiving our second nomination for a Stellar Award in the same category for 2011. In 2010, Gospel Impact Radio was nominated for the GMWA Crystal Mic Award, as well as the winner for the Upstate Gospel Coalition's 2009-2010 Excellence of Award for Christian Broadcaster of the Year.

Here's where it all started...

Gospel Impact Radio originated in the basement of Ms. Shawn Manuel who began her radio career in 1999 at Savannah State College as a volunteer deejay, WHCR 90.3 fm, with the start of a Holy Hip Hop show, moving onto a nightly show as one of the Co-Host on WVGB 1490 with a show called Gospel Groove, in Beaufort SC, Then by way of syndication creating her own show called Gospel Impact syndicating the first show in 2004 WFBR 1590 AM in Baltimore, MD, and moving onto WBAW Praise 99.1 FM in Barnwell SC and on WAAW Rejoice 94.7 FM in Aiken SC serving Aiken South Carolina and Augusta Georgia, Ensound Entertainment, Bronx NY, Red Church Radio, Houston TX and reaching into the Spartanburg which is in the Upstate of South Carolina at WHZR Hangar Radio Z104.1 with a Saturday Night show. Since then she started Gospel Impact Radio with a trail of listeners that blazed a trail in Christian Radio on the internet. Amazed at what the Lord has done, we are growing in leaps and bounds here and we give God the praise for it all.
